Second counselor arrested

On Oct. 7, Clay deputies arrested a second Florida Challenge Youth Academy counselor for soliciting lewd conduct from a 16-year-old while in a position of authority over the minor at the Camp Blanding-based academy.
According to a warrant affidavit, a detective interviewed both the victim and the defendant: Ariana Durr, 24, before determining probable cause that Durr had an inappropriate relationship with the teenager at the residential military-framed residence program.
Deputies earlier arrested MacClenny resident Libby Louise Alexander Chrome, 27, on the same charge.
The residential program fired both counselors.
